| enrollment info Please note current class and tuition information offered on the 'classes & curriculum' link, above. Tuition Information Tuition is always due by the first class session of each semester. Tuition includes all needed supplies for projects. I need both the registration form and tuition payment to confirm your child’s enrollment; in order to organize classes effectively, manage class size, and order necessary supplies. Payment Methods Tuition may be paid in Cash or personal check made out to ‘Original Youth’. Please mark tuition payments in a business envelope with the child’s name. If desired, tuition may be paid online with a debit or credit card, via Paypal; with button above. If paying via Paypal, please add $5.00 to each payment to supplement Paypal fees. Sibling Discounts Multiple sibling discounts are offered. Families with more than one student enrolled will each recieve $10 off the semester tuition. Tuition Discounts & Scholarships If art classes are just barely out of your family budget, partial scholarships and tuition discounts may be available. If you would like to donate funds for scholarships for students, you may do so with the Paypal link (above, under the tuition chart). Please indicate if the amount is for a certain student, or should be applied anonymously towards students with financial need. Refund & Cancellation policy When you register, I immediately begin planning projects and purchasing supplies based on your commitment, and expect students to attend throughout the semester. As a general rule, we do not provide refunds for withdrawals from enrollment. If your schedule has a permanent time conflict, I will try to shift your child into another available class; or will provide studio credit for another class or semester. If you foresee a potential long-term conflict please contact me as soon as possible. If we are able fill your child’s spot in class with someone from a waiting list, the balance of your tuition will be refunded, minus a $20 early termination fee. |
